Maria McGinness
Practice Manager

Maria has paid the practice wages, kept the practice bookkeeping up to date and managed all our creditors for 24 years. Before that in December 1990 Maria married Duncan, and it goes without saying the former job is a breeze compared to the latter!

Maria has juggled being a mother to their 4 children, and worked at Dubbo Base Hospital as an ICU nurse until end 2014. Dubbo has been Maria's home for over 30 years, and Maria enjoys the gym, sharing meals with friends and the odd dose of retail therapy.

Judy Chapman
Reception

Judy remembers our many regulars, is good for a laugh and very quick to share a joke. She is also a sterling rod of support to our clients when they are in need of compassion and comfort. All clients are fond of our friendly front-desk dynamo. 2023 marks 25 years of loyal service from Judy pegging her as our longest serving staff member behind Duncan. Judy maintains excellence in customer service on every occasion and her confidence comes from many years of experience and sound product knowledge. First-rate assistance is just a phone-call or visit away

Katie Gibson Assistant Receptionist

Katie joined us in October 2018 and we are thrilled to have her welcoming smile greet our clients on reception. Katie has spent many years working at Taronga Western Plains Zoo and since starting at DMVS has enjoyed meeting our many wonderful clients and their pets, and is also a great support to Judy and Maria. Katie and her husband together have 2 boys Noah and Ollie and Koda the Staffy. Katie enjoys camping trips and reading and on weekends she is kept busy keeping up with her kids.

We are excited to have Katie join our team.

Sarah Trebley
Client Co-ordinator

Sarah is currently on maternity leave.

Sarah started with us in 2011 and completed her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing. She is now our client coordinator, which brings a variety of roles throughout the practice. Sarah has always had a love for animals growing up on a local Merino Stud and loves the working environment at DMVS. She loves being able to help clients to look after their pets.

Sarah is kept very busy on her days away from us chasing after her sons Russell and Lewis and working on the family farm.
